About me

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated with finding out what makes people tick. My work with clients makes use of different modalities I have studied over the years including Person-Centred Rogerian Therapy, Adlerian Individual Psychology, Life Coaching and Dance Movement Therapy. In addition, I have extensive experience in relationship counselling, spiritual guidance (in a church setting), and emotional support for cancer patients and their families.

I love getting insights into my client’s life stories and learning about their strengths, deepest aspirations, and the things they are ready to change in their life.

In my professional practice, I make full use of my top dominant personal characteristics, which, according to Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, are:

  • Restorative – I am excellent at figuring out the core of an issue and resolving it.
  • Individualisation – I easily recognise the unique qualities of the person in front of me and appreciate them.
  • Empathy – my ability to see the world through another person’s eyes.
  • Developer – I am fascinated with cultivating potential in others.

My mission is to equip my clients with effective tools for resilience and wellbeing and to empower them to face life with hope and joy.
