Terms & Conditions
The client shall take full responsibility for their health and will remain registered with a medical practitioner at all times.
The client shall take full responsibility for their choice to seek out the practitioner, attend and/or follow any of the advisory services provided. That the client is entirely at liberty to follow in part, wholly or not at all at any time the sessions, training or advice sought by the client from the practitioner, imparting no blame or responsibility to the practitioner before, during or after the consultation.
Whilst all due care is taken to ensure the safety of the client and personal possessions, the client shall remain entirely responsible for his/her choice of attendance and behaviour on the premises. The client will declare all medical information pertaining to his/herself including any known allergies or allergic reactions previously experienced.
Cancellations of Appointments: 72 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session. The full session price will be charged for less than 24 hours notice given.
Insurance: Balens is underwritten by DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Limited TS5/3536365
Confidentiality: Sessions are completely private and confidential, the only exception is should a situation arise where harm to others or the client is an identified risk. Consent to share such information will be sought if considered appropriate to do so. Safeguarding vulnerable children and adults is paramount.
Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018). We do not sell your details to advertising companies. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
